Our core business consists of internal and external toothing from module m 0.3 am 20 (m 10 if internal) and with diameter up to 1000 mm (500 mm if internal), and in the adjustment of involute from m 1 am 10. Materials: steel, but also cast iron, bronze, plastic and wood. Lots: from 1 to 100 pieces for traditional and CNC machines and from 100 to 15,000 pieces for CNC machines. Machine range: 19 gear cutting machines including 5 CNC and 2 CNC grinding machines; evolventimeter and Zeiss Duramax x quality control; tooling with about 1500 tools including knives and creators. For external machining (turning and milling, heat treatment, geometric grinding, tooth grinding m above 10) we collaborate with a supplier park with which we have been active partnerships for several years.

Experience: For 70 years the company Officine Meccaniche F.lli Forlani Snc, a family company that has 15 employees, specializes in the toothing and grinding of straight and helical gears, offering customers a wide range of products for the textile and machine tools sectors ( lathes), earth-moving machines, food, packaging, etc.
